Shipping & Returns Policy

General Shipping: United States: We source our products from several vendors. This means your order could be fulfilled by multiple shipments depending on where your items come from. Typically you can expect a 3-6 business day delivery in the Southwestern USA using Ground Service. For destinations on the East Coast, please allow 4-7 business days for delivery for Ground Service. Please keep in mind that this shipping estimate is from when your item is put on the truck - NOT from when you place your order. We do offer expedited delivery options, but, of course, they tend to cost a bit more. We certainly wish it wasn't so, but the cost of shipping and handling can be expensive, especially on small orders. Arnolds for Awards encourages you to place as large an order as possible so that this expense is minimized. (We reserve the right to select the most cost effective carrier if the cost difference is significant. This would typically only occur with very heavy packages or delivery to rural areas).

SHIPPING: We do not artificially inflate or mark up the cost of shipping that you pay. The shipping rates that we charge you are based on the actual rates currently in effect by United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx), or the United States Postal Service (USPS) calculated from the estimated total weight of your order and its distance from our shipping warehouse, which is located in the California with zip code 95682.

If the value of your order is $50.00 or more, and is under 10 lbs., and shipped anywhere within the 48 contiguous states, you can expect your shipping to be free. We also offer automatic free shipping on orders of $500 or more.

HANDLING: If it becomes necessary, Arnolds for Awards may add a small handling fee to help offset the expense to pay our warehouse staff to process, pull, package, and prepare your order for shipment but we currently do not add a handling fee to the shipping charge that you pay.

Order Processing Time: We require 1 business day to process your order. Orders placed by 1:00 pm PST are usually processed on the same day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 1:00 pm PST are generally processed by the next business day.

From time to time, an item you order may be temporarily out of stock. If that occurs, you will be notified by email of this condition and an estimated time for availability and then given the choice whether to wait for the item to be back in stock or cancel your order. Shipping time estimates are independent of out-of-stock wait time and order processing times.

International Shipping: Arnolds for Awards currently does NOT offer shipping to addresses outside of the United States.

APO/FPO Military Shipping: Packages sent to the military overseas should contain an APO/FPO (Air/Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office) address, a military zip code of sorts. A list of new military postal codes can be found at the Web site of Operation Home Front. Please note: Arnolds for Awards does not offer FREE shipping on APO/FPO addresses.

FREE Shipping: From time to time, Arnolds for Awards may offer special promotional programs which include FREE shipping. When a FREE shipping promotion is in effect, you may take advantage of it only if your order meets the following criteria:

• Order must be over $50.00 (i.e. $50.01 or higher),
• Will be delivered via the most economical means at the time your order is placed,
• Must be under 10lbs,
• Shipping address must be within the contiguous 48 states and not addressed to an APO/FPO address,
• You may not combine more than one order.

Free Shipping conditions are subject to change. Orders shipped to Canada do may not automatically qualify for free shipping offers. Our free shipping & handling offer is good for shipments to a single shipping address (no combined orders to multiple destinations) and for our choice of either standard UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail only. It does not apply to UPS express shipping requests, and it is not good with any other coupon code.

Returns & Refunds: We will happily correct any order that was incorrect, missing items, or accept your original order for return if the return is a result of our error. We are unable to exchange items that you have already used. Unless previously authorized by us via email, all claims relating to incorrect shipments must be made no later than 7 days after the items have been delivered.

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept any custom engraved items for return. Generally we will accept returns of un-customized items up to no later than 7 days after the items have been delivered. Also please note that manufacturers frequently change their packaging on items found on our website.  If you have any questions about items you see that may have older packaging, contact us PRIOR to purchase so that we may answer any questions you have before you order. If you wish to return items please email customerservice@Arnolds for Awards for instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returned items without a valid RA# will not be accepted. We are not responsible for items returned to us that do not arrive at our facility.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, usually within 5 to 10 business days of our receiving your return. If the refund is due to a shipping error by us, then we will refund your shipping charges for returning the items to us. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the return shipping costs of your order from your refund amount.

The products and the claims made about specific products on or throughout this site have not been evaluated by Arnolds for Awards.
